Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping. Please note:

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ALIÉ® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
ALIÉ® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
